I was on a vendor's web site ordering some lighting supplies and they had a statement that, among other things claimed "...the color Brown is trademarked by the United Parcel Service..."
Be careful what colors you use now, or you may find yourself being sued by the UPS man.
And here I thought brown was a NAURAL color found all over the earth, long before UPS came along? Maybe God didn't renew His paperwork with the patent and trademark office...

UP's licensing is very mild and much cheaper compared to some people, like MacDonald's or NASCAR.

I didn't know one could get a trademark on a COLOR. This would mean no other company could use brown in thier logo. I find this hard to believe.
