I think the lettering is too dark myself.
Personally, I'd flip the green and black colors and go with white lettering. Right now you have the green on what will be the dirtiest parts of the loco, the top and bottom, and the black is on the cleanest part. By flipping them you put the black where it's dirty and the green in the clean area. Also, putting black on the lower part of the chassis and body appears to lower the look of the loco and make it longer looking.
Thats just me though.......
