Describe the biggest Hunk 'O' Garbage you've ever owned.
I'm talking about cars and trucks that could actually move down the road under their own power, not a "lawn ornament".
Me, I've had quite a few of them!
I had a '75 Pinto that could manage no more then a 45mph velocity before it would begin to cut out and shake itself to death.
I had a '73 Challenger that the shifter was held in place by a cut up and fashioned license plate. It could muster about 70mph, but it was a white knuckled ride, let me tell you.
Probably my biggest Hunk 'O' Garbage was a '75 Duster that the front fenders had rusted to the point that instead of unbolting them to swap them out for better ones, I just grabbed ahold and tore them off. It was easier that way. In the end, the torsion bar ripped through the frame while I was driving down the road and I came sliding to a halt on the frame while grinding a three inch deep gouge in the pavement.
Now lets hear about that "special" car or truck of yours!

How about a 68 Chevy Impala with a 327 that had bad rings, burned valves and burned a quart of oil every 20 miles. The compression on it was so low that I had to put in neutral at a stoplight then rev it up and pop it into gear and hope it didn't stall. When it started moving, it sounded like an old steam engine starting from a dead stop. Chug-chug-chug-chug. It could hit 50 on level ground, barely. It was definately slow lane material going uphill, as it would often fall back to 30 mph at the very best.
